Almond Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup lettuce greens
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 2 tbs walnuts
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tbs balsamic vinegar
Method
- Lay the lettuce leaves over a plate.
- Slice the avocado and place on top of the lettuce leaves.
- Arrange sliced red onion and walnuts over the top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve.
