Ingredients
- 1/4 bunch fresh mint
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 pear, cored
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tsp almond butter
Method
- Place all ingredients plus 1 cup of water in a blender and process until smooth.
