Hummus
SERVES 5 | 15 Minutes Total Time


Ingredients
- 250g tinned chickpeas
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 tbs tahini
- 3 tbs water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Sliced vegetables or seeded crackers to serve
Method
- Blend the chickpeas to a fine purée.
- Add all other ingredients, except the sliced vegetables or seeded crackers, and blend again.
- Can be used as a dip, spread, dressing on a salad or steamed vegetables.
- Serve with sliced vegetables or seeded crackers.
