Kiwi Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbs rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 1 kiwi fruit, roughly chopped (including skin)
- 2 tsp desiccated coconut
- 4 ice cubes
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
