Green Energy Smoothie
SERVES 1 | 5 Minutes Total Time


Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water (or suitable milk of your choice)
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 small handful kale
- 2 brazil nuts
- 4 ice cubes
Method
- Place everything into a blender and process until smooth.
- Add in a scoop of protein powder (eg. Amazonia RAW vanilla) for an extra protein hit and to make the smoothie even more filling.
