Ingredients
- 2 slices wholegrain (or gluten free) bread
- 30g goat's cheese
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 lemon
Method
- Toast bread, then top with goat's cheese, avocado and season with salt & pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
