Chocolate Protein Smoothie
SERVES 1 | 5 Minutes Total Time


Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbs natural salted peanut butter
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp cacao powder, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 pitted dates or maple syrup (optional)
Method
- Peel banana and place in freezer the night before
- Add banana, hemp seeds, oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, cacao powder, and almond milk in to a high powered blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
