Cauliflower Rice
SERVES 2 | 10 Minutes Total Time


Ingredients
- 1/2 whole cauliflower, chopped
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method
- Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice. Do not over blend or you will get a purée.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté cauliflower for approximately 3-5 minutes. Divide into 2 portions.
